Our luxurious air-conditioned 4 bedroom (2 masters), 2.5 bathroom villa has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in the heart of The Sunshine State. There is just over 1,900 sq ft of air conditioned living space. At the rear of the property is a large pool and spa, ideal for when you want to just sit back, relax and enjoy a cool drink or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

The villa is located at the gated community of High Grove, which is an upmarket development situated along Highway 27 just yards from the Highway 192 and minutes from the Interstate 4. It offers an ideal base with the gates of Walt Disney World being just 10 minutes drive away, as well as shopping facilities and restaurants only minutes down the road.

Our management team do a great job in keeping the property clean and tidy, both inside and out. Should you need our management team during your stay, they are available by telephone or you can pop along to their offices which can be found just 5 minutes away on the US192. Outside of normal office hours you will be given an emergency number to call.

The management company are able to provide tickets for most attractions as well as other services that include greet and meet at Orlando airport, Mid Stay Cleaning and Welcome Packs. Details and prices of these can be provided on application.

The villa has its own private 26ft x 14ft pool and spa located at the rear of the property. It is surrounded by a good sized patio and is furnished with chairs, a table and a number of sun loungers, allowing you to sit around and enjoy a cool drink or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

The pool area backs on to open land and is not overlooked by other villas so offers a high level of privacy. It catches the sunshine all day from early morning to evening. 

The luxurious Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! If you find the Pool or Spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended from October to March).

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the insects out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced regularly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained.      

Should young children be staying at the villa, for your peace of mind all the doors and windows leading out onto the pool deck have been alarmed. Also, for your safety and comfort we have provided a selection of unbreakable glasses and tableware for use around the pool deck area.

Our villa has a large open plan seating area called the great room. It is furnished to a high standard, containing a medium and large sofa, a large comfortable chair and plenty of table space and lighting.

For your entertainment the room has a large television with cable TV, DVD player and a selection of children's and family films.

French patio doors give direct access to the pool deck and flood the area with natural light. The great room is the ideal place to come sit down as a family and plan your day ahead.

Kitchen - The modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic dishes and glasses for when dining by the pool area). The only thing you need to provide is the food!

There is seating for two at the large breakfast counter and a telephone from which all local calls are free and other calls can be paid for using most telephone cards (sold in most large retail stores and gas stations). 

Laundry Area - Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry room, which can be found next in the utility room next to the Kitchen. The utility room also allows internal access to the homes garage.

The villa contains four large bedrooms, allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. 

All four bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

• Master Suite 1 – The homes first master bedroom can be found at the front of the villa. It contains a King sized bed and has its own en-suite bathroom which contains a Roman tub/bath, huge walk-in shower, separate toilet, and twin basins and large vanity mirror. There is also a large walk-in closet which provides ample storage space.

• Bedroom 2 is at the back of the villa and looks down over the pool area. It contains a Queen sized bed and has its own doorway into the homes family bathroom. 

• Twin bedrooms 3 and 4 each contain two single beds. These two room and bedroom 2 each have a large built-in closet and drawers which proved plenty of storage space. 

• Located conveniently in the same hallway as the four bedrooms is the homes family bathroom which has a bath/shower unit. This bathroom has two doors, one leads into the hallway and the second leads into the second bedroom, allowing it to double as an en-suite.

• A further powder room which contains a WC and wash basin can be found downstairs. This room also has direct access out onto the pool deck.
