High Grove is located in a superb position for you and your family to take advantage of all that Orlando and Florida has to offer. The gated community can be found on Highway 27, just yards from the Highway 192/27 intersection and less than 10 minutes from the Interstate. These roads are three of the main routes in the area and give quick and easy access to all the attractions as well as the gulf coast and the east coast. You can be driving through the gates of Walt Disney World in under 10 minutes and are under 30 minutes from the majority of the main attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World and the multitude of attractions at International Drive.

Interstate 4 runs past both and are adequately signposted.

From the entrance into Highgrove, Orlando International can be reached in around 30 minutes and Sanford in 60 minutes.

For those looking to head further a field, the Interstate 4 provides direct access southwest to Tampa and the beautiful Gulf coast beaches in around 60 minutes, and Northeast to the center of Orlando itself. The Atlantic coast with Cape Canaveral, Daytona speedway and Cocoa beach can be reached in under 70 minutes using the State Road 528, which is easily found by following the 17/92 or the Interstate 4.

There are a number of local amenities to be found only minutes away from the villa, including a supermarket, Walgreen's chemist, super Wal-Mart, petrol/gas station, bank and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. Just a minutes walk from the entrance into High Grove is a Irish Pub which serves meals all day long.

The whole area is abundant in quality Golf courses. There are four championship standard courses within a 10 minutes drive and a further 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius. Courses include Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and the award winning Champions Gate.

For those of you looking for a little retail therapy, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Florida Mall, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Belz Designer Outlet Center, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall.

Please Note: The satellite images used on the map below are a few years old and there have been many shops and other facilities built in the area since they were taken. Most significantly is the completion of Cagans crossing which is just north of High Grove and there has also been a number of shops and restaurants built around Wal-Mart (just north of High Grove on the opposite side of the US27).

The land directly next to the entrance to High Grove is now home to a small number of shops and a Irish pub, ideal if you fancy a bite to eat and a couple of drinks. Even better as its just a couple of minutes walk from the villa so no one has to drive!
