High Grove is a gated community located in a prime position on the US27, just yards from the Intersection with the US192. 

A whole multitude of shops, restaurants, bars and other facilities such as a dentist, barber shop, gym, nails and spa salon and even a sweet shop, can be found just a minutes drive from the front gates in Cagans Crossing.  

Less than a mile further on you will find a large Super Wal-Mart and numerous fast food restaurants, while a few minutes down the US27 in the opposite direction is Berry Town Center which is home to a further large selection of shops and restaurants.

High Grove also offers guests easy access to the attractions with Walt Disney World being reached in under 10 minutes and the majority of Orlando's world famous in under 30 minutes. 

The community of High Grove itself is made up of 160 four, five and six bedroom premium vacation homes, all designed in a Mediterranean style with attractive terracotta pan-tile roofs. The streets and boulevards are all wide and with the number of homes on the community there is generally very little traffic moving around.
